During the first session we will talk about current fitness level, lifestyle and eating habits. Then I will conduct the lastest Bodystat 1500 analysis test. This is my world class body composition measurement, analysis and tracking device. This fundamental tool is used by fitness centres around the world. This is an an amazing tool which will not only help in tracking your progress but also help us create a program thats relevent to your short and long term goals ensuring maximum results.
