"GET YOUR BODY BACK" is a 12 week program for ladies who have never lifted weights before or just not maneged to exercise lately.
It's designed to blast the fat and tone up your muscles in a slower and more controlled manner for the ladies who currently have a sedentary lifestyle.
The program 12 week program will be broken down into 3 phases. Each phase will be a little harder than the last one. By the end of this program you will be ready to leave your sedentary lifestyle behind and living a better life.

-36 x personal training sessions @ your home or our studio in Elviria, Marbella.
