Plans can be designed for running 5km, 10km, half or full marathon. All programs are proven with great results.
The plans which I design will alternate between running and strength training to acheive maximum results in minumum time. 5km training plan runs for 8 weeks
10Km training plan runs for 9 weeks
Half Marathon training plan runs for 11 weeks
Marathon training plan runs for 13 weeks
The training plans can be designed for beginner, intermediate or elite.
