Great Body Weight Exercise

The Burpee

The first burpee has been slowed down to show you how to do the movement. Once you master the movement then speed it up, like the last two in the video. Once you can complete 10 without stopping I recommend you try 30 seconds of burpees with a 30 second rest. Try for 5 minutes then 6 minutes. Try and maintain the same amount of burpees in every round before adding a minute. Good Luck
